Last March 27, 2025, three barangays in Tapaz celebrated the successful turnover of their completed Kalahi-CIDSS KKB Phase 2 (Incentive Grant) road sub-projects, marking another milestone in community-driven development.
The ceremony was graced by Mayor Roberto โNonongโ Palomar, alongside DSWD Kalahi-CIDSS FO VI representative CDO III Reyky Pelonia, EnP Stephen Faeldin, Municipal Area Coordinator for the KC Program, Municipal Coordinating Team and representatives from the Municipal Inter-Agency Committee (MIAC).
Under the strong leadership of Mayor Palomar, these road improvement projects have significantly enhanced accessibility and mobility for residents, fostering economic growth and social development in the following barangays:
Barangay Camburanan โ Improvement of Barangay Access Road (0.780 km)
Barangay Taslan โ Road Improvement (0.154 km)
Barangay San Antonio โ Road Improvement (0.176 km)
The successful implementation of these projects highlights the collaborative efforts of the local government, community volunteers, and stakeholders in advancing infrastructure development in Tapaz.
