The Local Government Unit of Tapaz, led by Mayor Rex Dante L. Palomar, Vice Mayor Roberto Palomar, and the people of Tapaz, extended financial assistance to the City of Bogo, Cebu, one of the areas heavily affected by the recent earthquake.
The assistance was received by City Administrator Mr. Max Suico, who expressed appreciation for LGU Tapazβs solidarity and timely support.
The financial aid was formally turned over by Special Projects Coordinator Mr. Rolly Valderrama, representing LGU Tapaz.
The City of Bogo sustained significant structural damage from the earthquake, with several departments temporarily holding office at their covered court due to the extensive damage to their City Hall buildings.
This gesture highlights the Tapaznon spirit of compassion and bayanihan, standing with communities in need as they work toward recovery and rebuilding.
