Through the generosity and shared commitment of the College of Engineering Architecture and Technology of Capiz State University, Main Campus, Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers (IIEE) Philippines Inc. – UAE Chapter and the CAPSU Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Alumni – Batch 2006, a turnover of solar kits and electrical equipment was successfully conducted in TGC, Tapaz, Capiz.
A total of 47 households benefited from the donation, receiving:
47 solar kits
3 solar fans
1 megaphone
1 solar generator
The turnover was made more meaningful through the presence of Mayor Rex Dante Palomar and Vice Mayor Roberto Palomar who personally handed over the equipment to the grateful residents of Nayawan.
This initiative is also in partnership with the Tapaz East District – Alternative Learning System (ALS), showcasing the power of community, education, and innovation coming together for a more sustainable future.
