In a powerful demonstration of unity and dedication, five municipalities of Capiz under the Retooled Community Support Program, together with Provincial LGU of Capiz and NGAs, gathered for the RCSP Townhall Session and Convergence 2024 hosted by DILG Capiz last November 29, 2024 at Garden Hall, Nestas Hilltop, Roxas City.
This landmark event brought together the 15 barangay captains and secretaries of the target RCSP barangay in Tapaz, with the support of MLGOO Vito Navarra, all committed to fostering inclusive development and addressing root causes of insurgency through the RCSP and the mission of the NTF-ELCAC under Executive Order No. 70.
Representing Mayor Roberto Palomar, PDO IV Gelli Danielle Gelilang, CPA, expressed the LCEโs strong commitment to sustainable peace and inclusivity through an inspirational message. Also, presenting on behalf of MPDC Engr./ EnP Richard Gloria, Gelli highlighted the LGUโs vision for promoting good governance, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
This convergence is not just a meetingโit’s a movement.
It is a testament to our shared humanity and a commitment to building a future where peace, hope, and opportunity are not just dreams but a reality for every Capizeรฑo.
