Tapaz Senior Citizens Received Social Pension for the First Semester.
A total of 1,302 senior citizens in 12 barangay`s of Tapaz for the third batch received their 1st social pension last February 27, 2025.
This 1st Quarter Social Pension Pay-out is a vital initiative that upholds the governments commitment to the welfare of our senior citizens. This program serves as a lifeline for many indigent elderly individuals who have no regular source of income or financial assistance, we recognize their invaluable contributions to society and ensure they live with dignity, security and comfort.
The activity was attended by Mayor Roberto O. Palomar represented by Milagros “Chay” Palomar.
The designated Payout Center for the distribution is at San Jose Covered Court. The distribution was facilitated by MSWDO led by Josie Cambel RSW, MSSW and Municipal Treasury Office led by Rosie Corros, Municipal Treasurer
Let this initiative serve as a reminder that every senior citizens deserves respect, support and assurance that they are not forgotten.
