The significance of this event cannot be overstated.

The โ€œMonetizing NGP Gains and ENR Project for Sustained Climate Finance and Actionsโ€ is a noble initiative aimed at transforming local communities through sustainable development.

Held in Harimuyngan nga Padapunan at Barangay San Julian, Tapaz, Capiz, the event was attended by the Municipality of Tapaz, represented by Engr. Neriza Pacenio on behalf of Mayor Roberto Palomar. This initiative is in line with the mayorโ€™s thrust to enhance the quality of life for Tapazโ€™s residents through meaningful climate action and livelihood programs.

Spearheaded by the Gerry Roxas Foundation, the project focuses on empowering local peopleโ€™s organizations with sustainable livelihoods, combining economic resilience with environmental stewardship.

This aligns with the local governmentโ€™s long-term vision for a greener, more prosperous future for the people of Capiz.
