πππππI Captured last July 26-28, 2023 is the Training on Coffee post-harvest, Cacao, Banana, Lemon and Calamansi Processing held at Evacuation Center, Barangay Carida, Tapaz, Capiz.
This was part of a collaborative Five-Year Research and Development Project of the Bureau of Soils and Water Management (DA-BSWM), DA Regional FO 6, and Local Government of Tapaz headed by Hon. Roberto “Nonong” Palomar.
This was attended by Four (4) Barangay beneficiaries namely; Barangay Apero, Agcococ, Cristina and Candelaria. The said training was facilitated by MAO personnel headed by Engr. Mary Joy Ayupan, Sr. Consultant and Ma. Theresa Nepomuceno, Consultant.
The resource persons during the 3-day training were Camille Farillon-Cacao Processing, Operations Manager La Roasteria Salvador Mijares-Training on Coffee Post-Harvest, and Pedro Franco-Training on Calamansi Processing.
