The Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 (RA 11032) mandates all government agencies, including local government units, to streamline their frontline services, eliminate red tape, and ensure efficient delivery of government services to the public. The Municipality of Tapaz is fully committed to complying with all provisions of this law.
The Municipality of Tapaz strictly prohibits fixers and unauthorized facilitators within all municipal offices. Citizens are encouraged to transact directly with authorized personnel.
All frontline services are processed within the timeframes specified in the Citizen's Charter. No service shall exceed the maximum processing time without written justification.
Frontline services are available continuously from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, without interruption during lunch break.

Go to the Public Assistance and Complaints Desk (PACD) located at the Municipal Hall entrance. State your concern to the duty officer.
Accomplish the complaint form provided by the PACD officer. Describe the red tape or violation you experienced in detail.
You will be issued a reference number for tracking. Complaints are acted upon within 3 working days.
