Business Permit Requirement All businesses operating within the municipality are required to secure a Business Permit from the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) in compliance with the Local Government Code and Republic Act No. 11032 (Ease of Doing Business Act). Permits must be renewed annually on or before January 20.
