• Impersonation of government officials, employees, or other persons

When using online forms and digital services:

• Provide accurate and truthful information

• Do not submit fraudulent job applications, FOI requests, feedback, or registrations

• Do not abuse forms, surveys, or chat features with automated or bulk submissions

• Misuse of government digital services may be referred to appropriate authorities

• For urgent security concerns, contact the Municipal Information Technology Office during office hours

• For data privacy concerns, refer to our Data Privacy Policy and Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) process

We review reports in good faith and take appropriate action based on the nature and severity of the violation.

The Municipality of Tapaz reserves the right to:

• Remove or hide comments and user content that violate these guidelines

• Reject or disregard abusive form submissions

• Restrict access to website features for repeat offenders

• Cooperate with law enforcement when required by law

Moderation decisions are made to protect the public interest and maintain a safe digital environment. They do not constitute censorship of lawful civic discourse.

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or community needs. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated revision date.
