August 19, 2026 l The Municipality of Tapaz, through Project SMILE, continued its mission of bringing care and assistance closer to senior citizens in need. Four beneficiaries from Barangay San Nicolas were visited and provided with support through the program.

The activity was joined by SB Member Hon. Milagros R. Palomar, Committee Chairperson on Senior Citizens and PWD, together with personnel from the Municipal Health Office (MHO), Office for Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA), and Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO).

Project SMILE reflects the LGU Tapaz’s continuing commitment to promoting the welfare, dignity, and well-being of its senior citizens.
