On August 18, 2026, The DILG Provincial Office successfully conducted a one - day onsite field documentation activity in the Municipality of Tapaz. The activity involve key informant interviews, Live System demonstration, and actual field visit to a selected barangays (Brgy. San Roque and Brgy. Cristina) to document the use of the system from the - end user perspective.

The primary focus of this documentation is the good practice initiative developed by LGU Tapaz, specifically their Digitalized Barangay Financial Monitoring System Manage through the Internal Audit Service (IAS) and the BOST. This system Effectively tracks, audits and Streamlines barangay level financial transactions, enhancing transparency, fiscal accountability and compliance across all barangays.
