April 28, 2026 | To enhance the well-being of Senior Citizens and fulfill its pledge of honoring their legacy, the local government of Tapaz provided cash incentives to Senior Citizens who celebrated their birthdays in March during the 3rd Pre-Centenarian Pay-out Program.
The event was graced by the presence of Sir Loreto Gadong, Special Assistant to the Mayor, representing Mayor Rex Dante L. Palomar, along with Hon. Milagros R. Palomar, Sangguniang Bayan Member, and Esmeralda G. Dayalo, Head of the Office of Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA).
This pay-out aimed to recognize and reward centenarian and pre-centenarian senior citizens, celebrating their contributions and ensuring they live with dignity and respect.
