Federation of Senior Citizens Associations of the Philippines (FSCAP)- Tapaz Chapter conducts a special meeting on September 1, 2026, at Tapaz Government Center Training Hall.
During the heights of the meeting, Mayor Rex Dante L. Palomar graced the meeting and gave a heartfelt message to the attendees. Mr. Romualdo Garbo - FSCAP President delivered a welcome message followed by an informational message given by Engr. Josie G. Cambel, RSW, MSSW of MSWDO.
The meeting was attended by the Senior Citizen Presidents of 58 barangays in the Municipality.
