The Persons with Disability Association of the Municipality of Tapaz successfully conducted its 1st Quarterly Meeting under the leadership of PWD Action Officer Mary Jane Delantar. The meeting served as a venue to address key concerns, strengthen programs, and uphold effective organizational leadership.
The agenda included:
• Discussion on matters concerning Bedridden PWDs, focusing on support mechanisms and necessary interventions
• Preparations for the upcoming Women with Disability Day celebration
• Election of officers for the Tapaz PWD Association
Engr. Josie Cambel, MSWDO was present during the said meeting, showing strong support and commitment to the Persons with Disability Association in the Municipality of Tapaz.
The activity reaffirmed the association’s commitment to inclusive development, active participation, and unified action in promoting the welfare and empowerment of persons with disabilities in the municipality.
