In collaboration with Yakap Program and PuroKalusugan, the Serbisyo Caravan 2026 in barangay Lagdungan successfully concluded today, August 25, 2026.

The program kicked off with welcoming remarks from Hon. Eva G. Balante, Brgy. Captain of Lagdungan, followed by passionate messages from Hon. Rex Dante Palomar, Municipal Mayor; Dr. Chad Bryan P. Hillado, MD, Municipal Health Officer; and Angeli Zeth F. Avecilla, MD, Doctor to the Barrio.

Through the efforts of Mayor Rex Dante Palomar and his dedication to public service, this program triumphantly assisted citizens in terms of health, farmers protection from financial losses and animal health, management of properties and their technicalities, personal documents, and other consultations. Committed to a cause, Mayor Palomar's public service serves purpose and recognition to the needs of the public.

The participants were given services by the Municipal Health Office, Municipal Agriculture Office, Assessor's Office, Municipal Civil Registrar Office, and Municipal Social Welfare Development Office.

The program was brought to completion through a closing remarks by Hon. Lyla M. Bantillo, Brgy. Kagawad/Chair Committee on Health.
