About the Office
The Municipal Information Office (MIO) serves as the official communications and public information arm of the Local Government Unit of Tapaz. It is responsible for promoting transparency, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information, documenting government programs and activities, strengthening public awareness, and fostering community engagement through various communication platforms. The office also manages the municipality’s official media channels, including social media platforms, press releases, photography and videography, public announcements, and partnerships with local and national media organizations.
