The Tapaz Municipal Religious Town Fiesta is an annual religious and cultural celebration of the Municipality of Tapaz held every September 21 to 30 in honor of Saint Jerome, the patron saint of the municipality. The fiesta is a significant occasion for spiritual reflection, thanksgiving, and community unity, bringing together residents, returning Tapazeños, and visitors from various places. The celebration features a series of religious activities, including novena masses, prayer services, and the solemn procession in honor of Saint Jerome, alongside cultural presentations, sports competitions, trade fairs, civic programs, and community festivities that showcase the rich heritage and vibrant traditions of Tapaz.
