The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Tapaz welcomed Civil Service Commission (CSC) Provincial Director Dir. Vizur-Ty C. Gaitano and his staff during a courtesy visit in line with the ongoing Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) assessment of the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) of Tapaz.

The visit was conducted to evaluate the HR systems, practices, and competencies of the LGU as part of the PRIME-HRM initiative, which aims to elevate the standards of human resource management in local government agencies across the country.

The activity was assisted by HRMO V / Municipal Government Department Head (MGDH) Cristita L. Giner, who led in the facilitation of documents and systems relevant to the assessment.

Mayor Rex Dante Palomar expressed his full support for the PRIME-HRM goals and the continuous improvement of public service delivery through efficient and professional HR mechanisms.

This engagement marks another step toward LGU Tapaz commitment to good governance and human resource excellence.
