𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐒| Vice President Sara C. Duterte, Former President now Deputy Speaker Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and Former Senator Manuel Roxas II graced the Raising of Flag to mark the opening of Capiztahan 2023 last April 15, 2023 in front of Provincial Capitol, which then followed by wreath-laying to the monument of late President Manuel A. Roxas.

The said activity was attended by Mayor Roberto “Nonong” Palomar, OIC Municipal Administrator Milagros “Chay” Palomar, MPDC Engr./EnP Richard Gloria and EnP Stephen Faeldin, Information Officer Designate.
