‘𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠’ 𝐟𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞, 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬I Captured today, October 17, 2023 is the Orientation of 4PH or Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Program of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) held at Tapaz Government Center Training Hall.

Regional Director EnP Maria Eva Marfil together with PDO IV Romel Genodia conducted an orientation to the LGU Departments Heads and Employees.

Mayor Roberto “Nonong” Palomar and Maam Milagros “Chay” Palomar warmly welcomed RD Marfil and party.

Mayor Palomar also emphasized that to address the need for decent housing and to build on the potential impact of a robust housing sector on the growing economy, the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Program,will be beneficial to Tapaznon.

The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) as the primary government entity responsible for the management of housing and human settlements nationwide, will serve as the lead implementing agency of 4PH, according to Executive Order (EO) 34 signed by Marcos on July 17.

Under EO 34, the national government agencies (NGAs), local government units (LGUs), and other government entities are directed to provide full support and cooperation to the DHSUD and 4PH program.
