Sticks and Strings Band of Camburanan NHS emerged victorious among 16 other contestants from different municipalities and one city in the Province of Capiz during the BFP Composo Contest held today, March 13, 2024, at Robinsons Place, Roxas City.
Representing BFP Tapaz and LGU Tapaz, the group showcased exceptional talent and dedication, earning them the top spot in the competition. Mayor Roberto โNonongโ Palomar and Maam Chay Palomar extend their heartfelt congratulations to the band for their outstanding performance.
Mayor Palomar and LGU Tapaz have been steadfast in their support for the band’s development, providing assistance such as instruments and support for the Band. This support underscores the municipality’s commitment to nurturing local talent and promoting cultural enrichment.
Under the guidance of Coach Mr. Elmo Gapi Jr., along with Gleasilyn Javil and OIC school head April Joy Eslapor, the Sticks and Strings Band has exemplified the spirit of dedication and perseverance. Their success brings pride and honor to the municipality of Tapaz.
