A total of 80 participants, representing beneficiaries of the Enhanced National Greening Program (E-NGP), attended an orientation session to introduce and discuss the E-NGP Coffee Project. The orientation aimed to educate participants about the project’s objectives, methodologies, and expected outcomes.
Among the beneficiaries are five barangays: Tabon, Artuz, Buri, Siya, and Hilwan. These barangays were selected to participate in the E-NGP Coffee Project based on their potential for coffee production and their commitment to sustainable agriculture practices.
During the orientation, participants learned about the importance of coffee cultivation, sustainable farming techniques, and the role of the E-NGP Coffee Project in promoting environmental conservation and community development. The orientation also provided an opportunity for beneficiaries to ask questions and clarify any doubts about the project.
The E-NGP Coffee Project aims to not only promote coffee production but also to empower communities by providing them with sustainable livelihood opportunities. By participating in this project, beneficiaries can contribute to the conservation of natural resources while improving their economic well-being.
