𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗢𝗢𝗟𝗘𝗗 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗠 (𝗥𝗖𝗦𝗣) 𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

On July 11-12, 2024, an orientation of the Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) Guidelines was conducted for members of the Municipal RCSP Core Team and the target barangays at the Tapaz Civic Center. The program also included the conduct of “Ugnayan sa Barangay” and Barangay Development Plan (BDP) enhancement sessions.

Mayor Roberto O. Palomar welcomed the participants and guests, inspiring them with his message of collaboration and partnership. His address emphasized the importance of working together to achieve sustainable development and improve community resilience.

The orientation was attended and facilitated by Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) personnel, including Provincial Director DILG-Capiz, Cheryl P. Tacda, CESO V LGOO VI Vito Navarra,LGOO V Therese Mae Auman, LGOO V Rozel Langurayan, LGOO III Peter John Licuran, LGOO II Mary Jecyle Luda, and LGOO II Irene Becares. Their presence and expertise provided valuable guidance and support to the participants.

The RCSP aims to empower local communities by enhancing their capacities to implement and sustain development projects, fostering a stronger sense of community ownership and participation.
