The event was facilitated by Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer (MSWDO) Josie Cambel and MSWDO Personnel. Their combined expertise provided the participants with valuable insights and practical knowledge to better support the children under their care.

Maam Milagros “Chay” Palomar also attended the training and emphasized the importance of the Child Development Workers’ role in the community. “Our Child Development Workers are the foundation of early childhood education in our community. Their dedication and continuous learning are crucial in shaping the future of our children. This training is a testament to our commitment to providing quality education and care,” Palomar remarked.

MSWDO Josie Cambel emphasized the importance of continuous learning and professional development for Child Development Workers.

“Our goal is to equip our Child Development Workers with the latest knowledge and skills to ensure they can provide the best possible care and support to our children. This training is crucial in helping them understand the unique ways in which children perceive the world around them,” Cambel stated.

The training session also served as a platform for Child Development Workers to share experiences and best practices, fostering a sense of community and mutual support among the participants. The initiative underscores the commitment of the local government to invest in the continuous improvement of early childhood care and education.
