The MAKAMASA Association of Barangay Katipunan has received a significant boost for their bakery livelihood project, thanks to the continued support from the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Tapaz. The association was awarded additional baking equipment valued at Php 150,000 to enhance their operations and further empower their community-driven initiative.
The incentive was officially handed over by Mayor Roberto O. Palomar, along with Municipal Agricultural Officer (MAO) Personnel Ma. Theresa Nepomuceno, Engr. Neriza Pacenio, SB Members; Hon. Loreto Gadong, Hon. Bernie Tupaz, and General Services Office (GSO) representative Charity Marie Panaligan. The turnover ceremony took place in Tapaz Government Center. The turn-over was received by Hon. Jeanylyn Bilbao.
This additional support reflects LGU Tapazβs ongoing commitment to foster sustainable livelihood projects that uplift local communities.
