Mayor Roberto Palomar has facilitated the distribution of 40 water-sealed toilets to residents of Barangay San Nicolas headed by Hon. Celo Gallenero. This initiative aims to improve hygiene and living conditions in the community.
The project was successfully executed by the Municipal Health Office (MHO), under the leadership of Dr. Chad Bryan Hilado, with the crucial assistance of Sanitary Inspector III Juvie Gevero. The provision of these toilets marks a vital step in the local governmentโs ongoing efforts to promote better health standards across Tapaz.
Mayor Palomar emphasized the importance of this project, stating, โEnsuring access to proper sanitation facilities is a fundamental part of our commitment to the health and well-being of our people. These water-sealed toilets will significantly reduce the risk of waterborne diseases and contribute to a cleaner, healthier Barangay San Nicolas.โ
The distribution of these toilets is part of a larger health and sanitation campaign that the local government is rolling out across various barangays in Tapaz. Further efforts are being made to ensure that every household has access to the necessary facilities to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
