The Municipality of Tapaz proudly celebrated the soft opening of the PAMANA Tapaz Community-Based General Merchandise on September 18, 2024, at the Tapaz Transport Terminal in Poblacion, Tapaz, Capiz.

Representing Mayor Roberto Palomar was Gelli Danielle Gelilang, CPA, who was joined by MSWDO Josie Cambel and personnel from the DSWD Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP). Together, they welcomed this new venture that will serve as a vital source of affordable goods and services for the community.

The PAMANA Community Store brings together 12 barangays, showcasing the spirit of collaboration and community-driven initiatives in Tapaz. This project not only supports local entrepreneurs but also enhances economic opportunities for the participating barangays.

Congratulations to the 12 Barangays involved in the PAMANA Tapaz Community Store for this remarkable milestone! This initiative represents a significant step toward fostering sustainable livelihoods and promoting economic growth in the region.
