The Municipality of Tapaz proudly marked a significant milestone with the mass turnover of 15 Kalahi-CIDSS AF-2 and KKb 1 sub-projects. These community-driven projects are part of the ongoing efforts to improve local infrastructure and enhance the quality of life in the municipality.
The event, held last October 3, 2024, was graced by Community Development Officer IV Elizabeth Ferraris and Community Development Officer III Reyky Pelonia, who recognized the collective efforts of the community in realizing these projects.
Mayor Roberto โNonongโ Palomar extended his heartfelt congratulations to all barangay officials and community volunteers who dedicated their time and resources to the success of these sub-projects. “This milestone is a proof to the strength of our unity and our shared commitment to the development of our communities,” Mayor Palomar said.
Also in attendance were Vice Mayor Romel Somo, Ma’am Milagros โChayโ Roa Palomar, MIAC Members, department heads, and members of the Area Coordinating Teams (ACT) and Municipal Coordinating Teams (MCT), who all played pivotal roles in the implementation of the projects.
These 13 sub-projects include vital improvements in local infrastructure, such as the construction of roads, health centers, and other community facilities, furthering Tapaz’s goal of inclusive and sustainable development.
“Congratulations to everyone involved, and let us continue to work together for the progress of our communities,” Mayor Palomar added. “Magkalahi Tayo, Pilipinas!”
