𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐳𝐧𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬.

The Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation has released 374 cheques as indemnity claims for Farmers to help rebuild the lives and livelihoods of insured farmers impacted by damages caused by pest and diseases in their rice, corn and livestock.

This was held at Tapaz Civic Center last July 7, 2023 and was attended by OIC Municipal Mayor Loreto Gadong, ABC President Roy Palomar, Senior Consultant of MAO Engr Mary Joy Ayupan, Ma. Theresa Nepomuceno, PCIC In-charge James Marvin Gequilasao, PCIC Staff John Bermejo and personnel of Municipal Agriculture Office.

This Indemnity claim serves as payment for Tapaz farmers whose insured crops were damaged. The LGU Tapaz will continue to partner with national agencies to better provide services and assistance to the farmers.
