Mayor Roberto βNonongβ Palomar, alongside key officials from the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), including Undersecretary Emmanuel Pineda, Director Mark Sambar, Regional Director Eva Marfil, and Director Jolette Fajardo, ceremonially signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today, February 13, 2024 at Quezon City, for the implementation of the 4PH Program.
Mayor Palomar expressed his utmost optimism and enthusiasm regarding the partnership forged through this MOU. He highlighted the transformative impact that the 4PH Program will have on the lives of Tapaz residents, particularly in addressing housing needs and promoting community development.
The signing of the MOU signifies a strong commitment from both the local government and DHSUD to collaborate effectively in implementing the 4PH Program. Mayor Palomar emphasized the importance of this partnership in advancing the LGUβs efforts to provide accessible and sustainable housing solutions for Tapaz residents.
