The Child Development Center in Barangay Abangay is a significant addition to the community, providing a dedicated space to cater to the needs of toddlers, preparing them for their educational journey. The project, funded through the GAD Fund FY 2023, was completed within the specified timeline, showcasing the efficiency of the project management and implementation.
During the blessing and turnover ceremony last March 5, 2024, OIC Administrator/MSWDO Oversight Milagros βChayβ Palomar, along with other officials, highlighted the importance of early childhood education and the role of the center in nurturing young minds. The center will serve as a foundation for children’s future academic success, ensuring that they are well-prepared for higher levels of learning.
Mayor Roberto Palomar, represented by Ma’am Chay, congratulated everyone involved in the project and emphasized the LGU’s commitment to providing quality education and facilities for the community’s youth. The completion of the Child Development Center is a testament to the LGU’s dedication to improving the lives of its constituents, particularly the young ones.
