The Kalahi-CIDSS KKB Procurement, Finance, and Infrastructure Training was conducted for Barangay Officials and Community Volunteers from four prioritized Barangays: Malitbog, Candelaria, San Francisco, and Poblacion.
This two-day training, from April 11-12, 2024,held at the Tapaz Civic Center, aimed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge in procurement, finance, and infrastructure development under the KKB program.
The training included sessions on the proper procurement process, financial management, and infrastructure development guidelines. Participants engaged in interactive workshops and simulations to enhance their understanding and application of the concepts learned.
Mayor Roberto โNonongโ Palomar graced the event and emphasized the importance of effective implementation of the KKB program. He highlighted the role of Barangay Officials and Community Volunteers in ensuring transparency, accountability, and efficiency in project implementation. Mayor Palomar also commended the participants for their dedication to improving their communities and encouraged them to apply the knowledge gained from the training to their respective barangays.
