The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Tapaz, under the leadership of Mayor Roberto Palomar, has procured a new water truck through the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) to address and mitigate the ongoing water shortage in the municipality. This initiative underscores the LGU’s commitment to ensuring that all residents have access to clean and reliable water, especially during times of scarcity.
The blessing ceremony for the new water truck was officiated by Rev. Father Reno Unarce. The event was graced by the presence of Ma’am Milagros Chay Palomar, along with various department heads. This significant addition to the municipality’s resources will enhance the LGU’s capacity to provide essential water services to its citizens, particularly in underserved and remote areas.
