𝗧𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘇 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱-𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘇

The Department of Health (DOH) turned over six (6) new land ambulances today, July 12, 2024, to local government units (LGUs) in Western Visayas, with Tapaz being the only recipient in the province of Capiz.

These ambulances were provided as part of the Motor Transport Vehicle-Land Ambulance assistance under the DOH-Western Visayas Health Facility Enhancement Program (HFEP).

The new land ambulance for Tapaz was received by Municipal Health Officer Dr. Chad Bryan Hilado and Nurse II Pamela Ann Abia. This accomplishment was made possible through the efforts of Mayor Roberto “Nonong” Palomar, with the support of DOH Regional Director Adriano Suba-an and DOH Capiz personnel.

The turnover ceremony, held on July 12, 2024, took place at the Department of Health, Western Visayas Center of Health and Development Office,Sta. Barbara, Iloilo, and was represented by Senior Health Officer Ana Maria Luz Hibionada from the DOH Western Visayas Center for Health Development.
