𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐀 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐬

With the theme “Talakayan sa Barangay: Aktibong Diskusyon ng Pamayanan Tungo sa Masigla at Maunlad na Bagong Pilipinas,” Barangay Roosevelt held its 2nd General Assembly today, October 11, 2024. The assembly provided a space for the community to engage in meaningful discussions aimed at fostering growth and progress.

The event was graced by the presence of Mayor Roberto “Nonong” Palomar and Ma’am Milagros “Chay” Palomar, who emphasized the importance of community involvement in shaping a better future for the barangay. Both leaders highlighted that active participation in barangay assemblies strengthens the democratic process and empowers citizens to contribute to the nation’s development.

Also in attendance were Vito K. Navarra, Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO), Marnie Silva, Local Government Operations Officer II (LGOO II), and PMaj Almarino Bonior, Tapaz PNP Chief of Police, who each provided valuable insights on local governance and security.

The assembly was led by Punong Barangay Hon. Vicente L. Geromiano, who facilitated the discussions, ensuring that various community concerns were addressed and initiatives for improvement were set in motion.
