The Barangay Katipunan, Tapaz, Capiz is bow holding a Walk for Peace, Indignation Rally, and Medical Mission, in partnership of Youth for Peace Katipunan Chapter, Philippine Army, Philippine National Police, Brgy Officials , SK officials and Volunteers.
Our heartfelt gratitude to Mayor ROBERTO “Nonong” PALOMAR for his love and support during this whole Medical Mission. He also concluded that he loves so much the Barangay Katipunan. Mayor Palomar dedicated his public service including Brgy. Katipunan who’ve become more progressive through his term.
Also present to support these activities Hon. ROMEL G. SOMO Vice Mayor, Hon. MARLON C. PEREZ SB Member, Committee Peace and Order, LTC VICEL JAN C. GARSUTA Commander Officer, 12IB, 3ID, PA; PLT. NERIO GICOLE, Brgy Officials headed by Hon. JEANELYN P. BILBAO, Brgy Captain, Youth For Peace headed by MS. JOENIKKA P. BILBAO; Medical and Dental Team, PNP, LGU, RHU, Katipunan Patrol Base, RTCNHS Teachers,Volunteers, and Tanods.
This program is initiated to stop CPP-NPA-NDF and to provide healthcare to the community. Barangay Katipunan, Aglinab, Wright, Maspasan and San Miguel Ilaya are the beneficiaries of the said program.
The aim of this medical missions is to provide quality medical treatment to the communityโs unsheltered or underprivileged population, with the basis on the belief that health care is a fundamental human right. In addition, medical missions will bridge the gap between the people in need and medical communities, thereby fostering partnerships and trust.
