The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Tapaz, led by Fire Inspector Augee P. Villanueva, paid a courtesy visit to Mayor Roberto O. Palomar as part of their annual New Yearβs Call on January 8, 2025.
During the meeting, Fire Inspector Villanueva and the BFP team extended their gratitude to Mayor Palomar for the continued support of the Local Government Unit (LGU) to the fire departmentβs programs, equipment needs, and community initiatives. They also presented their accomplishments for 2024 and outlined their plans and programs for the upcoming year.
Mayor Palomar commended the BFP Tapaz for their dedication to ensuring the safety and protection of the community, particularly in fire prevention, disaster response, and public safety education. He reaffirmed the LGUβs commitment to working hand-in-hand with the BFP to enhance fire safety measures, upgrade facilities, and provide adequate resources to address the needs of the municipality.
The New Yearβs Call served as a platform for strengthening partnerships and ensuring a collaborative approach to public safety and disaster preparedness in Tapaz.
