The Municipality of Tapaz officially commenced the year with the 1st Department Heads Meeting last January 7,2025 at the Tapaz Government Center Executive Hall. This gathering brought together heads of various offices under the local government to present their respective targets, goals, and key issues and concerns for the year ahead.
The meeting was facilitated by Mayor Roberto Palomar, who emphasized the importance of strategic planning and collaboration in ensuring the efficient delivery of services to the Tapaznons. In his opening message, Mayor Palomar emphasized the significance of aligning office objectives with the LGUβs overall development agenda, noting that 2025 is a critical year for achieving milestones set in their medium-term plans.
During the meeting, department heads shared their proposed programs and initiatives for the year, highlighting both their anticipated challenges and innovative solutions. Key discussions revolved around addressing service gaps, enhancing efficiency, and fostering inclusivity in municipal programs.
