𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐀 𝐓𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐳 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓

The PAMANA Tapaz Board, under the supervision of Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer (MSWDO) Josie Cambel, successfully conducted its 1st Quarter Meeting for 2025. The meeting aimed to review, finalize, and approve key operational matters while strengthening the cooperative’s commitment to its members and stakeholders.

The agenda commenced with the roll call and declaration of quorum, followed by the reading and approval of the previous meeting’s minutes. The board then delved into critical discussions, including the following:

1. Review, Finalization, and Approval of Policies: The board reviewed and approved policies essential to the cooperative’s smooth operation and growth.

2. Business Operations: Updates and plans for business operations were thoroughly discussed.

3. PAMANA Store Audit: Ms. Maribel Giner, CPA, presented the audit findings for the PAMANA store, ensuring transparency and accountability in the cooperative’s financial management.

4. Signing of Resolution for Store Rental Fee: A resolution concerning the rental fee for the PAMANA store was signed, solidifying cooperative agreements.

5. Opening of a New PAMANA Branch at Tapaz Public Market: The board announced the forthcoming opening of a new PAMANA branch in Tapaz Public Market, aiming to expand the cooperative’s reach and serve more members effectively.

Other matters were also tackled, including initiatives to enhance the cooperative’s impact on its community.

The PAMANA Tapaz Board continues to demonstrate its dedication to fostering sustainable growth and empowering its members through effective management and strategic planning. With the addition of a new branch and continuous improvements in business operations, PAMANA remains committed to serving as a pillar of support for its members and the Tapaz community.
