    Strengthening support for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families, OWWA OIC Regional Director James B. Mendiola paid a courtesy visit to Mayor Roberto Palomar on March 21, 2025.

    During the meeting, RD Mendiola highlighted OWWAโ€™s initiatives aimed at enhancing healthcare assistance for Tapaznon OFWs and their immediate families. Discussions focused on improving access to medical services and welfare programs tailored to the needs of OFWs.

    Accompanied by Welfare Officer Rommel Jacinto Jr., RD Mendiola also visited the Tapaz Super Health Center to assess its healthcare services and explore potential enhancements to better cater to OFWs and their families.

    The visit highlights the governmentโ€™s commitment to prioritizing the welfare of OFWs and ensuring they receive adequate support both at home and abroad.
